Spicy mushroom

Spicy mushroom

This amazing recipe is a must try! This recipe will take your boring mushrooms to another level !!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g of mushrooms sliced

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 1 tomato finely chopped

  • Minced garlic ( 5 cloves)

  • 2 green chillies minced

  • Pandan leaves

  • Curry leaves

  • 2 tsp curry powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • salt

  • 3 tsp of chilli flakes

  • Few sprays of olive oil

  • 1/4 cup of coconut cream

METHOD

  • Heat up a skillet, add few sprays of olive oil. Add onions, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, and all the spices.

  • Sautee the mixture until the onions become light brown in colour.

  • Now add the mushrooms and sautee for about 2 min until mushrooms change in colour.

  • Add 2 tbsp of water and cover the mixture with a lid and cook in low flame for 10 -15 min.

  • Open the lid, add coconut cream and cook until the gravy thickens.
