Milk chocolate waffles

Milk chocolate waffles

These are just too yummy ! Have you ever had Belgium waffles? crispy on the outside and just the right softness in the inside? these do mimic them for sure! I didn’t use any sugars are gluten filled flour, I used oat flour and wheat flour to get that right texture!

Hope you guys love it as much as I did ! This recipe will make two medium sized waffles! I do make these in smaller quantities as otherwise, I will be eating them like nothing !

Prep time : 3-4 min

Cook time : 2 min each

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • Mix oat flour, wheat flour, pinch of salt and baking powder; sieve through to get a fine texture. ( I always do this as I’m not a fan of lumps and clumps).

  • Beat the egg, coconut sugar, yoghurt and vanilla bean paste to a creamy texture.

  • Mix the dry flour mixture with the wet mixture and beat or whisk until everything is incorporated.

  • If you think the texture is thick, please add water to get your desired texture, I like my waffles thick and dense! so I did not add any water to this recipe.

  • Heat up the waffle iron, make waffles !

  • let the waffles cool completely and dip them in chocolate!

    Enjoy !!!
