healthy Banana crepes

Healthy Banana crepes! These are a great way to sneak in fruits to your child’s diet or even yours!

This filling, healthy and naturally sweet crepes are to die for !

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg beaten

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Strawberries and greek yoghurt for topping

METHOD

  • Simply blend everything, put the batter through a sieve and sieve through to get a creamier , smooth crepe batter!

  • Now simply make the crepes as thinly as possible!

  • If you want to add strawberries as a topping, add some raw honey to the strawberry slices and simply cook them for one min on a non-stick pan! it will taste like strawberry jam!
