Very berry smoothie

Prep time : 3 min

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  2. 1/2 cup blueberries or raspberries

  3. 1/2 tbsp honey

  4. 2 tbsp of vegan or dairy greek yoghurt

  5. 1/2 tsp desiccated coconut

  6. 2 glasses of milk

  7. Ice

METHOD

  • Simply, blend everything until it creates a silky smooth texture, pour onto your favourite glass and enjoy this antioxidant filled smoothie !
