Honey Mojito

Honey Mojito

Perfect Hands down the perfect drink for a hot summery day! I love the refreshing feeling I get when I smell mint leaves! i can't explain the fantastic tantalizing taste lime and mint gives when it combines in the mouth!. Honey is to give a sweet taste to take it to the next level... And pour it all on crushed iced, and you have the best mojito ever!

Serving size : 2

Prep time : 3 min

INGREDIENTS

  1. Juice of 3-4 limes ( depending on the size of the lime)

  2. 1 glass of sparkling or still water

  3. About handful of fresh mint leaves

  4. 1.5 tbsp of set honey or any sweeter

  5. Loads of ice cubes

METHOD

  • In a long glass, add mint leaves, lime juice, honey; crush using a muddler. Make sure the mint leaves are crushed and you’re getting a nice minty aroma at this point.

  • Add sparkling water and ice.

  • Mix to combine !

  • Serve in your favourite glass… ( strain if you prefer not having leaves to bite)
