Glow your skin Juice

Juicing is such an easy way to sneak in those vitamins to your body without having to chew many carrots or cucumbers! I love to have at least three -four juices a week ! When I drink a juice, it just gives me such a healthy feeling, reduces bloating and simply feel like being healthy for the rest of the week!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of kale

  • 3 large carrots

  • 1 whole cucumber

  • Thumb size portion ginger

  • 1 gala apple

  • I lime peeled

METHOD

  • Wash everything thoroughly. Put through a juicer and simply extract all the juice. If you donโ€™t own a juicer, simply add everything to a high-speed blender along with 1 glass of water and blend. Finally, sieve through to get a clear juice!

  • Enjoy the juice over ice!
